Our specialized residential treatment program is an intensive treatment option with a focus upon youth crisis stabilization. We address the underlying trauma that contributes to intensive emotional and behavioral issues and prioritize family/adult connection and permanency.
Each patient receives the appropriate length of care needed, allowing them enough time to progress through their individualized treatment. Our length-of-stay model provides a proven path forward for teens and their families who have become stuck in a cycle of prolonged and ineffective inpatient and outpatient programs.
Grant Gardens measures progress with purpose. From intake through discharge and again at 6 and 12 month follow-ups, we use standardized outcome tools to evaluate growth and ensure each young person is on a clear path toward stability. This ongoing commitment to accountability strengthens the quality of our services and reinforces meaningful outcomes for youth and families.
